OnDigital Media was a Limpopo-based ICT company that became one of the most notorious beneficiaries of politically connected tender fraud in the province. Between approximately 2007 and 2012, the company secured contracts with multiple Limpopo government departments and the premier's office, providing services including website development, digital media, media monitoring, and IT infrastructure at prices significantly above market rates.

The procurement processes used to award OnDigital contracts were irregular. In several cases, competitive bidding was bypassed using deviation procedures that were not justified. In other cases, bid evaluation committees were constituted by officials with connections to the company. The services delivered were, in many cases, of poor quality or not fully delivered.

OnDigital Media was linked to a network of individuals connected to the ANC's Limpopo structures. The company formed part of a broader pattern of ICT procurement fraud in the province where politically connected companies secured government contracts through corrupt procurement and then either delivered substandard services or subcontracted the actual work at a fraction of the contract value, pocketing the difference.

The SIU investigated OnDigital as part of its broader investigation into Limpopo government procurement. The Special Tribunal ordered the setting aside of contracts and recovery of funds. Criminal charges were brought against several individuals involved, making this one of the few provincial corruption cases to progress to prosecution.
