Described how the SSA forced the IGI to share its IT infrastructure (enabling SSA to monitor IGI investigations), how officials refused to hand over evidence claiming classification, and how his investigations were actively derailed by Fraser and Minister Bongo. Dintwe told the Commission: "Lots and lots of money was stolen from the SSA" while politicians failed their oversight role. Parliament's Joint Standing Committee on Intelligence was "missing in action."
