Teboho Mkhonza was a 17-year-old schoolboy killed by police rubber bullets during the Harrismith service delivery protest in August 2004. His death made him one of the first victims of fatal service delivery protests in democratic South Africa. 28 other schoolchildren were injured in the same police action.
