Not criminally charged in VBS matter but implicated through financial flows: Motau report and Daily Maverick investigations traced VBS money through Vele Investments to Sgameka Projects (brother Brian's company) and onward to Floyd and the EFF. Alleged ~R10M reached Floyd personally, ~R1.3M to the EFF. Found guilty by parliamentary ethics committee for failing to disclose R180,000 — penalised with 9 days' salary loss.
